You must be 18+ and legally able to form contracts to use our services.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account data and securing your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

Don’t misuse our services or attempt unauthorized access.

5. User Content

You retain rights to content you upload. We only use it to provide our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform belongs to Techbarn or its licensors.

7. Third-Party Services

We’re not responsible for third-party tools or websites linked through our platform.

8. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed per your plan or agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or non-payment.

10. Disclaimers

We offer services “as is” with no warranties of uninterrupted performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months prior to any claim.
